• Design, develop and implement Indigenous consultation strategies and plans
• Provision of early and sustained engagement with Indigenous Groups
• Managing complex regulatory reporting requirements including:
  • Preparing regulatory application documentation packages for regulators (experienced with AER, AUC, AB NRCB, BC OCG, BC EAO, CER, IAA, Saskatchewan MER)
  • Writing and producing communications materials and project updates
  • Coordinating open houses and project information sessions
• Develop, negotiate and prepare agreements, including (consultation work plans, capacity funding agreements, protocol agreements, impact / mutual benefit agreements, joint venture agreements, consortium agreements, equity support and financial agreements)
• Support Indigenous equity, debt and financing strategies, negotiations and documentation
• Developing and supporting corporate reconciliation strategies
• Indigenous awareness training
• Coordinating, negotiating and documenting opportunities available to Indigenous communities and their businesses
