 We utilize our combined 50 years of experience working with over 150 Indigenous Communities throughout North America to support mutual, respectful and meaningful dialogue. 

  • Indigenous Awareness Training and Reconciliation strategies
  • Indigenous Relations policies and procedures
  • Development and execution of Indigenous consultation and engagement strategies and plans
  • Development, negotiation and preparation of consultation and engagement related agreements, including:
                      - Protocol Agreements
                     -Capacity Funding Agreements
                     -Mutual / Impact Benefit Agreements 
                     -Community Benefit Agreements
                     -Procurement Agreements
  • Conduct early and sustained consultation and engagement for regulatory processes and project approvals (Experienced with Alberta Energy Regulator, Alberta Utilities Commission, Alberta Natural Resources, BC Energy Regulator (formerly BCUC), BC Environmental Assessment Office, Saskatchewan Ministry of Energy and Resources, Manitoba Regulatory Services, Canadian Energy Regulatory, and the Canadian Impact Assessment Agency).
  • Provide legally compliant records of consultation for regulatory applications and the development of mitigation strategies responding to Indigenous concerns.
  • Development, support and negotiation of Indigenous funding (grant, loan, equity) for Indigenous project inclusion.
  • Development and implementation of Indigenous procurement and contracting strategy.
  • Negotiation and obtaining land rights approvals.
