Amy brings over three decades of expertise as a Principal Consultant, specializing in crafting comprehensive strategies in corporate social responsibility (CSR), environmental, social, and governance (ESG) frameworks, and diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and belonging initiatives primarily in the energy sector. With a profound understanding of these domains, Amy navigates her clients through intricate processes, including identifying material risks, stakeholder engagement and community development, local content integration, and policy development. She also advises on workforce and community development, human rights compliance, Indigenous rights, and supply chain management with a particular emphasis on developing nations. Additionally, Amy is adept at sustainability reporting and marketing, as well as fostering cultural preparedness for project development in developing and diverse regions.
Amy earned her MBA from Butler University, specializing in Organizational Leadership, providing her with a solid academic foundation to complement her extensive practical experience. She received her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing with a second major in Management from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business in Bloomington, Indiana. She sits as an active board member with University of Houston Energy & Innovation - Consortium for Energy Corporate Social Responsibility and in partnership with the University assisted in the creation of the ESG in Energy Micro-credentialing Program. She is also a certified third-party independent assessor for Equitable Origin’s site-level certification for responsible energy producers.
